一、会议简介

随着近30年来城市化进程迅速加快，人口膨胀、交通梗阻、环境恶化、住房紧张、就业困难等各类“城市病”症状逐渐凸显，某些城市逢雨则淹、有雾必霾、遭雪便瘫，整个城市不健康，更妄论市民的健康。因此有必要从整个城市角度出发，更宏观、系统地思考有关课题，由医疗卫生、社会环境领域扩展到城市发展、产业配置、生活质量等更宽更广的多学科的视角，将城市作为一个有机体，研究其生长与发展、健康与病态、老化与新生、预防与治理等诸多问题。

中国苏州大学﹒邦城未来城市研究中心拟于2014年10月举办“健康城市国际会议”，邀请国内外，港澳台有关专家学者、商界精英、政府官员共聚苏州，就新背景下“城市的健康”和“健康的城市”两大主题，进行多角度对话和探索，共商未来城市健康发展之路。大会期间还将组织“健康产业和产品博览会”，诚邀有志同仁参加。

The 1^st Notice of International Symposium on Healthy City

1.    Introduction

Along with accelerated urbanization during the past three decades, population expansion, traffic jam, environmental deterioration, housing shortage, employment pressure etc. all are symptoms of ‘urban disease’ that has revealed. The health of citizens is threatened in the unhealthy city where inundation, haze and paralysis have occurred frequently. Therefore, it’s necessary to study related issues more macroscopically and systematically from the whole city angle. In the view of broader multidiscipline including health service, social environment, urban development, industrial deployment, life quality etc., we should study occurrence & development, health & illness, aging & renascence, precaution & treatment etc. of the city as an organism.

Soochow University & SCP Future City Institute (FCI) in China is preparing to hold ‘International Symposium on Healthy City’ in October, 2014. We’re so honored to invite global experts, scholars, business elites and officials to get together in Suzhou and deliberate about healthy development pattern of future city with two topics-‘Urban health & Healthy City’. During the symposium, the expo of healthy industry and product will be held concurrently and invites sincerely persons who are interested in.
